Trailforks

Trailforks is a useful tool for mountain bike trails fans. With this app, you can review more than 50,000 routes stored in its own database and created by a community that wants to share this information worldwide.

Using Trailforks is very easy thanks to its minimalist interface that offers all the information at a glance. The user can log in from their account to save their favorite routes, as well as contribute the ones they generate or discover while cycling in the mountains. Routes can be found either by location, by swiping the screen across the map or by adding a specific address to be searched. After selecting the area, Trailforks displays all the routes found there, so that cyclists can choose the one they like the most.

Route updates to Trailforks depend on the data being added to the app by users. These maps can be downloaded at home to be used offline once the cyclist starts the trail—something logical due to the lack of coverage typical in these mountain biking areas.

Trailforks offers its routes for free, as well as their status, the conditions of the trail and synchronization of the cyclist's route on the map while using the app.
